I am wondering if the five columns are different data, or the same
field? If the field is the same in all columns you might want to look at
the SFLLIN keyword?

Booth,

They are different values, but the same field.
I am doing a sfl that will diplay a list of room numbers (rows) under
the appropiate room condition codes (columns).
There may be 10 rooms under column #1, 100 rooms under column #2, 30
rooms under column #3 ... etc.
I'm trying to reference the room number filed in the sfl with an index
from the multi-dimension array, rather by its name.
And, the same thing for the column headings which are derived from a
table with the condition codes.
