create subfile entries for outq information

Hi;

I am interested in creating a subfile with the below columns in a subfile, 
This information would be retreived from a (spoolfile) outq.  I just don't 
know the method of picking up the information I need from an outq.

File                    File Nbr        Job             User Number 
FILE#1                          3               QPADEV001M  XXXPGMR 578289
