Easy, do that on SBMJOB.  Like
SBMJOB ... RTGDTA(KICKBUTTCLASS)
where RTGDTA ties in to
ADDRTGE SBSD(QBATCH) SEQNBR(4747) CMPVAL('KICKBUTTCLASS') PGM(QSYS/QCMD) 
CLS(KICKBUTT)
CRTCLS CLS(KICKBUTT) RUNPTY(10) TIMESLICE(8000)
Reverse the order of those three commands and you're in like Flynn.
