It depends on the starting and ending days of the week to know how many weekends you will have between that date and the end date, which will in turn tell you how many days that you will need to subtract from the total. I worked on a project last year where I identified that kind of thing by using an arbitrary date that I knew was a Saturday. I stuck it in a subprocedure and just referenced it when needed. (see below) Once you know the day of the week for the starting and ending dates you can figure the number of weekends. Dave Parnin
