There is an ongoing open source project for a tool that does this. There is a lot of work done but is currently only available via SVN you would have to download the source & compile it. http://sourceforge.net/projects/iledocs Currently the parser can output to XML to IFS or to a PF. Provided I get the time to do so I'll upload a save file for download. Keep in mind that it is a work in progress & you'll have to do some up front configuration. It works best if you have standard keywords (i.e. Author: Tommy). Anyway I just thought I'd throw that out there.
