Actually, I think You'll want to divide by 60.  1 hour 2 minutes would be 
repsented by 1.033  (62 divided by 60). 

So, use the SUBDUR if in Fixed RPG IV, use the %DIFF BIF if in free form.


Maybe something like this...

D TimeDiffMinutes    S                                     5  0
D  HoursInHund         S                                     7  2

/Free
        TimeDiffMinutes =  %DIFF( StartTime: EndTime: *Seconds);
        HoursInHund = TimeDiffMinutes / 60; 

        Cost = HoursInHund * HourlyRate;

Yes.
The differents between two time (1:00pm and 2:02pm) would be 1 hour 2 
minutes. What I need or would like would be it to be 102. This would allow 
me to multiply the hourly wage by this figure to get cost.
