Hi DonnaWhat I have done is put the cursor in the results area, press Ctrl-A to select all, then Ctrl-C to copy to clipboard. Then go to Excel and paste from clipboard - it keeps the columns and rows just fine. It seems to keep the trailing blanks in each column and add a tab between columns.
This is not obvious from any menus - the "Select all" appears to be disabled in the Edit menu. Guess it's better to be lucky than good some days.
