What I've done in the past is divide by 1000 (with half adjust to round up)into a zero decimal field, then multiply that answer by 1000.

Performance might indicate the idea of multiplying by .001 to avoid the divide opcode? (Did I get the number of zeros right?)

one in the book. Thanks
