Convert CCSID 937 to 37 


How to use field substring in Logical File that field type is
Character-O (Open). i.e.: coccid is 937

Egg.:

A MYFLD SST(FFLD 1 8) 

Above FFLD Field Type is Character-O in Physical file and need to make
new field from first 8 characters using. Any tip and technique highly
appreciated.
