add new procedures to the end of the *CURRENT defintion.
Whenever I get this type of error it was because I did not pass a parameter. You mentioned multiple copies of procedures. If you still have access to them. Try comparing to see if the failing procedure was one of these. If so then compare the source and see if they all have matching parms. You may have one procedure being called with more parameters expected, from a program thinking it's trying to call one of the others with less parameters expected.
