RE: Deleted record still seen

That is kinda odd that the record is still found after the FEOD...(my
commitment control & journalling skills are kinda rusty, but I don't
recall having issues with this..)

Maybe someone with more current usage of commitment control can chime
in...I'd also look at Rob's suggestion below, I know I've had weird
issues due to missing PTFs before (this place is generally like 1-2
cumes behind unless something freaks out LOL)
