If compile the source with no debug information and then remove
observability, there is no way that it can be de-compiled except by
using a de-compiler which they would have to be buy. I am not even sure
you buy a de-compiler for RISC ILE program. 

If you remove observability, you do not even have the w-code. Nothing
but the machine code.
