Not sure about your location, but I learned at a local community college. There is also some training offered at various conferences throughout the year. I recommend the RPGworld conference, but you have to wait until spring 2007 for that next one of those. IBM has one coming up the end of October in Las Vegas. I would look in to colleges first, unless you can get your employer to help with the conference, they can get rather expensive.
