Definitely handle the error.  Check the SQLCOD and go from there to give
messages back.

The Statement is dynamic, but the Prepare doesn't perform all the
validation I need.  If the SQL Statement contains a column 
that does not
exist in the table, that error isn't picked up until the Execute.

Any other thoughts?
