Communications problem

We have an iSeries in Nashville that has communicated with another
iSeries at a competitor. We are a Title Insurance company, and share a
title plant with them.

They moved. Everything EXCEPT the phone number is the same, as far as I
know, but now we can't communicate with their machine. If we call the
number from a cell phone, it connects to their modem. If we attempt to
call from the computer, there is no response on the other end. 

This is way out of my experience level... So, I'm looking for
suggestions. BTW, I'm in Minneapolis, and can't go to the computer
room... :-)
