They are commonly linked via the name.

Now there are a few, (very few), exceptions.  The SRVPGMCPY source module 
still contains numerous prototypes for internal, and exported, procedures 
used in the SRVPGM service program (one module).

Remember, we've gotten into the habit of removing *ENTRY PLIST and 
replacing that with PR's and PI's.
