I think your search problem is that the ILE RPG Programmers Guide, and the 
ILE RPG Reference are both PDF's and thus the Infocenter search doesn't 
drill down into that.

Perhaps what you need to do is download those PDF's everytime you upgrade, 
or, do what I do and just do your searching within WDSC.  One caution 
about the download; you will miss mid release updates.  Not too frequent, 
but does happen.
