BNDDIR('QC2LE')

Most C functions can be utilized by adding this one. But the Unix APIs, I 
believe, are included in the system binding directory so 'QC2LE' it may not be 
necessary.
I just used the stat() in a program to get size in bytes, and IIRC it did not compile because I had forgotten to include it. I think.

Scott's tutorial on his web site was very useful that way.
