If you look at the message text for the JVA012C message there are 
somethings to check. 

Cause . . . . . :   The class being run does not match the class used to
   create the java program.   Either the class was found in a different 
file,
   the class has been updated since the java program associated with the 
file
   has been built, or a classpath was specified at run time that does not 
match
   the classpath specified at create time.
 Recovery  . . . :   Use the Analyze Java Program (ANZJVAPGM) command to
   determine which classes are out of date with respect to the classpath
   specified at run time.  Use Create Java Program (CRTJVAPGM) command to
   update the java programs.
