Hello Don... We use a process of controlling the print open and close and overriding the printer file prior to opening with QCMDEXC and OVRPRTF. Start the RPG program - your printer file must be set with USROPN. Use the QCMDEXC with OVRPRTF to set where you want the print to output to. Output your file. Close the printer file. Reset using QCMDEXC to the second printer. Open the printer file etc. Have a good day. Blake Moorcroft Developer - Corporate Russell A. I want to print a file to PRT1 and then print the same file to PRT2 then change back to PRT1. I tried using QCMDEXC with CHGPRTF but I'm either using the wrong command or the wrong option ( I am changing DEV() ). The program compiles and executes alright but all copies are sent to the same printer. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide. ****************************************** Don Wereschuk ISD Associate - Programmer Simcoe Parts Service Inc.
