HI I have an RPG program, that checks a few different files for a
descrepancy, w/ a particular field. In doing this, I noticed other
descrpancies that the program uncovered and could print out. However, my
problem is that if I use one Printer file, I can't cover all the issues
under one set of headings, unless by having a phrase on the side that
would indicate which problem is being listed, but this is messy. So the
other way is to have different Printer files. The problem is that in the
sequence of the data, there could be one problem listed, lets say on
Printer_file_1, then the next problem would belong to Printer_file_2, then
3, then back to 2. All the while, I have to keep track of when to effect
the page headings. Is there an easy way to do this? I could simply make 4
versions of the program and run one-at-a-time, but this seems amateurish.
Thanks,
Steve
