I don't use it but I converted a customer to mostly native last year.
They really wanted to go to native mode but where struggling with the migration
path. I ended up using two migration tools, one did a great job with OCL the
other did well with RPGII to RPG III. Then I moved it all to CL and RPG IV.
It ain't easy nor anywhere near automated and in fact I got very bored with the
effort and brought in another consultant to finish it up.
