This is what I normally do when need sticky cursor:
CSRLOC(@ROW       @COL)       
RTNCSRLOC(*WINDOW &@ROW &@COL) 

Note: Remember to set @ROW and @COL to zeros when you need cursor to
goto DSPATR(PC) field.
