You can recursively call sub-procedures in RPG. I have an example if you
want one.

Subject: Recursive calls in RPG ILE

do you know of any issues with recursive call processing in sub procs??

basically I want to mimic the C functionality where a function can call
itself & return values etc...

I know historically recursive calls on the 400 has not been a good
thing...

Thanks,
Tommy Holden
