I think I need to get more sleep...... I re-coded the same things again, cleared library lists, deleted all modules involved and re-assembled the binding directory. Now the example I posted appears to work, when it just didn't a minute ago. Now I'm not trusting myself at all. Someplace I've got a module in the wrong place, or something else out of wack. There are also validation routines in the final product that I didn't include in the clean test I posted which may have errors too, including some additional sub-modules. Until I can produce a consistent example that works/fails predictably when I compile/run it and also when a co-worker compiles/runs it, I'm going to assume I'm doing something stupid and not assembling my package correctly. If anybody sees any base structure problems in the recent post, I'd appreciate the suggestion. Otherwise, I've done something stupid somewhere. A simple example seems to work fine. Sorry for all the weirdness. Jim The bitterness of poor quality remains long after low pricing is forgotten! Cautillo, Leon M.
