We just heard from IBM that they are finally willing to remove the idiot Ts and Cs that prevented us from participating in the update residency last year. Nothing definitive yet, but it is at least a possibility now. I will point out right now though that other than XML consumption (i.e. XML-INTO and XML-SAX) all of the other features that IBM have described are part of WDSCi - i.e. They are all WebSphere related. Some of the generated pieces may be of use to us mere mortals, I haven't had a chance to check it out yet - but the focus is for it all to be done via WAS - not an RPG oriented service like Scott's HTTPAPI, or Brad's GETURI, or Bob's iSockets.
