Thanks for the enlightenment! It's still showing high on the score card for
fix requirements and apparent user confusion. I suppose in ten years or so
it might just settle down. :) :)

I don't know much about Java, however I think it's something like this. 
You fix one tight little part.  But to distribute it you put it into a jar 
file (or some such animal) that contains the whole package and send that 
out.  Nearest I can figure.  Once you get past the one big upgrade the 
other upgrades are more manageable.
