Are you sure you're not writing a field in the attribute byte of the packed field in the DDS? I mimic this description in the DDS ( it is to be displayed when the user selected the record from the Subfile listing), There is data there but it is not displaying on the screen. For debugging I put in a loop if the file has this field at 0, keep reading the next record. This renders the subfile empty.
