Actually,
You might have to use RTCSRLOC on the control file, and use the column it 
returns along with the RRN.  I can't remember which was I did it in the 
past, but if you're getting an error on it then that must be wrong.  I'm 
pulling this out of my head at the moment, but try the &COL for the 
RTNCSRLOC 3s0
