I agree... unless there is some other condition in the file somewhere... you are SOL. (of course that is "Sorry Outta Luck ;-) ). You need difinative rules to do this. If there was a comma after the last name (if it is first like "WILLS, MIKE") you would have something. Looks like you don't.
