Well

I should be more precise about a test: 

1.RPGLE program make a loop (1000 times) of dymanic call to CLE ("main")program 
which receive a standart array of parameres (int, *char[]) and do NOTING (just 
"return")
time = 6.46 seconds  

2.RPGLE program make a loop (1000 times) of dymanic call to RPGLE  which 
receive 4 parameters, make a %int conversion of 2 of them an make %Subst 
operation
time = 0.0048 seconds!!!
