You can't excess 9999 records.
It was discussed before, and the ultime question is : Why a user will need
to roll the subfile until the 9999 records ?
If you can answer this question, you'll have more chance to get an answer i
thnik.

You can also store data (all the line) into an userspace and switch between
records 9999 to 1000 by reseting your Subfile and store the next records in
the user space.
