you have no idea how little or how much information you could get from
a question like that, on a list like this.

there are only 10 or 20 different ways to do something like this, and
everyone here has their own 'best' way.

my way would be using net.data or cgidev2, but first you need to setup
the apache webserver, configure it to run cgi, then learn the basics
of net.data or cgi programming, or both.

It's not something you could glean from just a few emails.
