After I sent this I did realize I didn't have an 'out', and while my
message was a lot less interesting, I did add something like this. I even
initialized the SQLSTT field to all 9's before the INSERT. I started
thinking if the insert never ran, it would just be blanks. It is still
coming up with the 'valid insert' message and an empty file.
