Thanks for the help!  Adding "With NC" fixed the problem.   Now I'm going 
to go look into that more so I understand what it means!  :)

It never occurred to me to remove the F spec.  Of course if I ever wrote a 
larger program with embedded SQL, I can see how leaving out the f-spec 
could cause some problems.  I can imagine another programmer looking only 
at the F-Specs to ensure no files get updated before running it.
