Last record keeps repeating -- RPG400-L

I am using embedded sql to prepare a report of our customer sales totals for 
a range of dates, however when it hits the last record in the sql query it 
just keeps repeating itself.

I thought I could end it by using a DOW NOT %EOF statement but apparently 
that is not correct.

Suggestions on how to exit the loop cleanly?
