Ah, the trivial things I remember :-)

SFLEND must be conditioned by an indicator.

The N67 or 67 only applies if SFLSIZ = SFPAG.

Like I said earlier, for a load all subfile simply condition the SFLEND on the same indicator as the SFLDSP.
