RE: Load all subfile - more indicator.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'control'. I'd just set the conditioning
indicator on after the subfile has been loaded. Either by doing it
manually, or controlling it by the %eof() BIF or whatever other
mechanism you're using to load the subfile.
