Starting out with :

( ( FieldA - 1 ) / FieldA ) * 100

Then a little algebra:

( ( FieldA / FieldA ) - ( 1 / FieldA ) ) * 100
( 1 - ( 1 / FieldA ) ) * 100

to end up with:

100 - ( 100 / FieldA)
