Ok I will retract everything I have just said, I mentioned a couple of 
seconds in an office environment, now this is being extended to 10 or more 
and life threatening situations (I think that a Police car would reverse 
rather than drive 5 minutes to the next interchange BTW), I will shut up 
from now on, and just steal ideas from the better coders than I out there.

I mean no disrespect to anyone by this statement
