Alternative option is to use SQL's version of the Hspec:

     C/EXEC SQL
     C+ Set Option
     C+     Naming    = *Sys,
     C+     Commit    = *None,
     C+     UsrPrf    = *User,
     C+     DynUsrPrf = *User,
     C+     Datfmt    = *iso,
     C+     CloSqlCsr = *EndMod
     C/END-EXEC

Notice the commit=*none?
