this either indicates a division by zero, or a data conversion or mapping
error.
The SQL Messages and Codes redbook points to error SQL0802.

I placed an if statement to check for the SQLSTT and it returned a 00000
after it executed the fetch statement it shows a value of 22012 and no
records where passed to the variables.
