Matt, Thanks for sticking with me. Apparently I had another field in the host data structure incorrectly defined (Like(a non-existent field)). This was a copy of some source I was working with, but apparently was an old copy, which was the cause of all of my confusion it seems. I've now come to the same conclusion as you. I can't explicitly define a date format field in the host data structure, I need to use a Like(). Thanks again.
