Personally I don't have a problem.  Methinks the other bloke did.  I was 
just showing him the steps I used to debug and it worked acceptably for 
me.  (Although I prefer a graphical debugger like those provided with 
WDSc.)  And, as far as calling IBM, I don't have a problem doing that. 
I've opened three pmr's this week, worked on a few existing ones, and JUST 
got off the phone with a hardware issue.
