Yes, and the CGILIB in RPG xTools does what CGIDEV2 does and it's supported. But it does require an xTools license. The entire RPGIV.com website is written with it, and was previously written with CGIDEV2. It took about two hours to convert every CGI program to CGILIB from CGIDEV2. Mostly it only requires procedure name changes and not syntax changes. Having said that, if CGIDEV2 is working for you is "support" really an issue? -Bob Cozzi www.RPGxTools.com If everything is under control, you are going too slow. - Mario Andretti -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Raul A. But NetData hasn't been improved lately, and I heard rumors about repalcing it. I use CGIDEV2 now, for very simple querys is more complicated than NetData, but when the request becomes more complex it escalates much better. No tool is forever, Giovanni B. Perotti leaves IBM, but he promised to continue support. Douglas W.
