Carel, thanks but the problem wasn't how to create a *SRVPGM from SQLRPGLE. It was, how to bind an existing *SRVPGM when compiling the SQLRPGLE. The solution was simply to add a control spec (thanks again Rob), H BNDDIR('MYSRVPGMLIB/MYSRVPGM'), to the SQLRPGLE source.
