I suppose I could imagine some silly application that wrote order lines 
out before writing the order header out.  Their thinking that they could 
then write the total of the order in the order header when you are all 
done doing data entry.  And, in such a stupid application, if you bombed 
out while still keying order lines, then your header would be missing a 
record for lines associated with that order.
