I'd spend the couple hours to get and install WDSC and use CODE designer.

I use CODE designer for ALL of my print files.

Here's what I use (attached). There's a print file one with 85, 132 and
198 character widths, and a display file one with 80 and 132. I also
built a quickie 'center' sheet that tells you where to start phrases to
center them.
