Did you set the first bytes-provided subfield of the error structure to the size of your structure before the call to the API? The API will ignore the error structure and just signal exceptions if the bytes-provided subfield is zero. </snip> I thought I was because the DS I'm using is: D ApiError DS D ApiBytes 10I 0 Inz(%Size(ApiError)) D ApiBytesOut 10I 0 D ApiErrID 7A D ApiReserved 1A D ApiErInDta 256A However, I was resetting the value of ApiBytes prior to the call rather than the ApiBytesOut.
