× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

The database engine they are using is strictly a runtime, acucobol, and they
will not provide us any additional info on the file layout. We have
confirmed that many of the fields are binary which means we cannot read them
directly.

We are using Access just to dump the data out, their program is a cobol
program written using acucobol, and no we don't have the source to that
either....there is no way they will give us anything except the obj
files.....we even tried talking to acucobol but they referred us back to the
developers and said that since we are a customer of theirs they are under a
contractual obligation ** NOT ** to assist us with any questions. Which to
me is baloney.....
